Learned counsel for the appellant acquiring body submits that, as per the order passed by this Court dated 5.5.2016 acquiring body has deposited the cheque of the amount under award, however, due to some difficulties said cheque came to be dishonoured. Learned counsel submits that, now the appellant acquiring body is ready with the cheque and deposit the same before the Court as and when directed. The learned counsel appearing for the respondentoriginal claimant has no objection for the same. 2.

In view of this, the appellant acquiring body is permitted to deposit the cheque of compensation amount under award within a period of one week from today. ( V.K. JADHAV, J. ) ...
