Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, Municipal Council has recommended the proposal for inserting the name of the petitioner in the draft seniority list. Said representation is made to the respondents No.2 and 3. However, no decision has been taken on it as yet. 2.

Learned AGP submits that in case, same is pending with the Respondents No.2 and 3, the respondents No.2 and 3 shall decide the same on its own merits. 3.

In case, the said proposal (Page 67-68) is pending with Respondents No.2 and 3, then said Respondents shall take appropriate decision on the said recommendation/proposal, on its own merits, in accordance with law and Policy, expeditiously and preferably within SIX MONTHS. 4.
