Learned counsel for petitioner refers to decision in the case of Gurudassing Nawoosing Panjwani vs. The State of Maharashtra and others reported in 2015 DGLS(SC)1031 : 2016 (2) SCC 213, and submits that the petitioner resiles to the situation and would prefer revision as would be available in law.

In view of aforesaid, he seeks leave to withdraw present writ petition with liberty to prosecute revision before the State government.
