The learned counsel submits that the petitioner has submitted on-line application / proposal for verification of her caste claim. The same is not accepted by Respondent No.2.

The learned AGP accepts notice for Respondents. In case, the application / proposal of the petitioner is complete in all respects and coupled with all documents, then the Respondent No.2 shall not refuse to accept the proposal of the petitioner only on the ground that it is submitted by individual. With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
