In view of the judgment passed by the Civil Court in M. A. (RJI) No. 190 of 2018 dated 26.02.2019, it will not be possible for this Court to consider the prayer clauses with regard to the withdrawal of the amount.

The petitioner has also assailed the order passed in M.A. (RJI) No. 190 of 2018.

In fact, the petitioner has remedy of substantive appeal against the said order before appropriate Forum/Court.

In view of the above, the petitioner may take steps to challenge the said order before the appropriate forum/court. All contentions of the petitioner are kept open. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
