O R D E R

This appeal is placed before us in today's National Lok Adalat. Learned Advocate Mr. Dale h/f Mr. Rathi, is present on behalf of Appellant Insurance Company. A specially authorized officer of Insurance Company Mr. Priyadarshi Acharya is personally present before this Lok Adalat.

The learned Advocates for both the parties submit

that they have amicably settled the lis and placed on record the terms of compromise. The Insurance Company has filed withdrawal pursis, the same is taken on record and is marked as Article "X" for the purpose of identification. 4.

The Respondents/Claimants have accepted the award passed by the MACT, Osmanabad.

The original claimants are entitled to withdraw the compensation amount with accrued interest deposited in this Court by filing an application, as per the authority letter submitted by the Company today before this Lok Adalat. 6.

The insurance Company is directed to inform the Motor Accidents Claims, Tribunal, Osmanabad about the withdrawal of the appeal.

7.

The Court fee refund certificate be issued as per the provisions under the Maharashtra Court Fees Act, 1959. 8.

Award be drawn up accordingly.

9.

The First Appeal and pending Civil Applications if any, stand disposed of.
