This is the successive application for bail by the applicant in Crime No. I-21 of 2015, registered at Harsool police station, District Aurangabad for the offences punishable under Sections 143,147, 148,149, 302 of the Indian Penal Code. 2] Heard Shri S.G.Laddha, learned counsel for applicant and Shri A.B.Girase, learned P.P. for respondent/State. Perused case papers.

3] On previous occasion applicant filed Criminal Application No. 5155 of 2015 but did not press the same with liberty to file similar application in case Trial is not concluded within six months. 4] It appears from copy of roznama of Sessions Case No. 153 of 2015 that Trial has commenced. Prosecution witnesses were

crap2357.16 present and on two occasions Sessions Case was adjourned at the instance of accused.

5] Since the Trial has already commenced, on considering the allegations in first information report, specific role attributed to applicant and nature of offences alleged this Court is not inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail. Hence the following order.
