Without entering into the merits of the subject matter of this petition, we direct the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Parbhani to decide the representation dated 3rd March, 2016, addressed to him by the petitioner, if already not decided, on its own merits, as expeditiously as possible, however, within a period of three weeks from today and communicate the decision so taken to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of on above terms.
