Order :- 1.

It would be open for the petitioner to approach Deputy Director of Education with material supporting to his claim and convince said authority in respect of admissibility of his claim. If petitioner places on record material supporting his claim before the authority concerned, appropriate decision shall be taken by the concerned authority as expeditiously as possible.

In the event of passing adverse order by the authority concerned, petitioner is at liberty to avail of alternate remedy as may be permissible in Law.
