PER COURT :- 1.

The applicants pray for extension of time of two weeks, to comply with the order of this Court dated 30.3.2015, directing the applicants to deposit Rs.5,000/- in this Court.

Reasons in support of this prayer are set out in the Civil Application. 3.

Shri Garud, learned Advocate opposes the application and submits that these are delaying tactics by the applicants only to tire out the respondents and escalate their rigors of litigation. He prays for the rejection of this application and in the alternative, enhancement of the costs.

In the light of the above, this application is allowed. The applicants shall deposit an amount of Rs.5,000/-, as ordered by this Court on 30.3.2015 in Civil Application No. 2018 of 2014 on/or before 22.5.2015 in this Court. In addition thereto, the applicants shall deposit an amount of Rs.1,000/- on/or before the same date. Respondent Nos.1, 2 and 3A shall withdraw the costs in equal shares.
