It is contention of the learned counsel for the applicants that this Court Coram : Shrikant D. Kulkarni by order dated 15th March, 2022 has allowed the withdrawal of the amount to the three applicants.

After the said order, applicant Tukabai is died. Hence her heirs and legal representative be permitted for withdrawal of the amount. Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, as well as after passing of withdrawal of amount, Smt. Tukabai is died. Hence her heirs and legal representatives

972- C.A. No. 8482-2022.odt are permitted for withdrawal of the amount. Hence, the following order :-

ORDER

(I) The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. (ii) Remaining 25% of the amount of compensation with accrued interest thereon shall be invested in fied deposit in any Nationalized Bank initially for a period of one year with clause to renewal.

(iii) After completing the above said formalities, the Registry is directed to make payment to the respective applicants as per the procedure and as per their share as they are heirs and legal representative of deceased Tukabai Fulade.

(iv) The Civil Application is disposed of accordingly. ( S.G. DIGE, J ) JUDGE ysk
