Both parties agree that connected matters are admitted and claimants were permitted to withdraw the amount. Delay in those matters was also condoned. The copies of order passed in First Appeal No.848 of 2023 and group of appeals in Civil Application No.431 of 2023 in FAST. No.10013 of 2022 are placed on record. I proposed to follow the same course. 3.

I have gone through the grounds of the application which are press into service for condonation of delay. For the reasons stated in the application, it is desirable to condone the delay.
