The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the institution has forwarded the proposal to the respondent no.3 seeking pensionary benefits. The said proposal is forwarded on 9/7/2018 however no decision has been taken on it.

2] The learned AGP accepts notice for respondents 1 to 3 and submits that in case the proposal is pending the authority would decide it in accordance with law.

3] In case the proposal seeking pensionary benefits (page

29) dated 9/7/2018 is pending with respondent no.3 then respondent no.3 shall take decision upon it in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within four months.

4] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
