The learned AGP submits that the application under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, dated 12.03.2014, has already been disposed off on account of the death of the claimant. He places a photostat copy of the communication dated 04.11.2019, which was addressed to the original claimant. The same is marked as "X" for identification.

The Petitioners will have to approach the same authority for seeking restoration of the said application by

(( 2 )) 911-WP-5648-2024 bringing the legal heirs on record and tender a certified copy of the judgment delivered in L.A.R. No.1291 of 2002. 3.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that the above compliance would be done by moving an application for restoration of the disposed off proceeding.

In view of the above statement, this Writ Petition is disposed off. The disposal of this Petition would not come in way of the Petitioners.
