1] We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

2] Mr.Chaudhari, learned Advocate for respondent no.4 submits that within 8 weeks decision will be taken with regard to the claim of the petitioner for gratuity and selection Grade Pay. The Management has already forwarded the proposal for the benefit of provident fund and arrears of 7th Pay Commission, payable to the petitioner. The said proposal is forwarded to respondent no.3.

3] In case the said proposal is pending with respondent nos. 2 and 3, then the same shall be decided preferably within three months. The Management shall take decision as undertaken upon the payment of gratuity and selection Grade Pay within eight weeks.

4] Depending upon the decision further steps may be taken by the parties.

5] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
