The Petitioner claims to have undergone Angioplasty. We have already concluded in other proceedings, that Angioplasty is not akin to an Open Heart Bypass Surgery. The Petitioner prays that his representation dated 16.04.2024, be considered by the Zilla Parishad. 2.

The learned Advocate for the Zilla Parishad submits that without giving any assurance, the Petitioner's representation would be considered strictly in accordance with the rules and policies applicable and in the light of the Government Resolution dated 27.02.2017.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. 4.
