This is an application filed by the appellant for condonation of delay of 674 days caused in filing First Appeal.

From the contents of the application, it appears that delay has been caused for taking legal opinion from the concerned A.G.P. Some delay has been caused for taking necessary

ca6277.15 permission from the authorities and delay is caused due to procedure to be followed by the appellant while presenting the appeal.

In view of above and for the reasons stated in the application, delay caused in filing First Appeal is condoned.
