This is the Application for Stay to the impugned Judgment and Award dated 30.07.2014 passed by the learned Reference Court in LAR No.430/2007. The Acquiring Body has deposited the entire amount under the Award. The Claimants have already withdrawn 60% amount and today they are permitted to withdraw 20% amount. Hence, the Application for Stay is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' and disposed off.
