2] Learned counsel for the applicant points towards the statement of the victim, which may suggest that she was influenced by the relatives at the time of filing of the F.I.R.

2 11-crappln2405-15.odt 3] Without going into the merits of the case and finding that short term sentence is awarded to the applicant/appellant by learned Addl. Sessions Judge, the substantive sentence is hereby suspended.

4] During pendency of the appeal, upon deposit of the fine amount, if not already deposited, the applicant/appellant be released on bail upon his executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rs.Twenty Thousand) and also upon furnishing surety in the like amount.

5] The application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
