The learned Advocate for the applicant submits that the applicants are farmers and that the order was passed for depositing Rs.5000/- just prior to COVID-19. The raging pandemic created financial difficulty, and therefore, there is delay in making the payments and in the interest of justice, the applicant be permitted to make the payment to the learned Advocate for the respondents as per earlier order.

The learned Advocate for the applicant is permitted to make payment of the amount to the learned Advocate for the respondents. 3.

The learned Advocate for the respondents to give receipt to the applicant and it be handed over to the Registry within a period of two weeks.

After receipt being submitted with Registry, the Registry to register the appeal.

In view of the above, the Civil Application No.14986 of 2022 is allowed and disposed of.

All office objections be removed within a period of one week thereafter.
