Heard both sides. Perused the earlier order dated 18.11.2014 passed by this Court in Criminal Application No. 5802/2014, which was allowed to be withdrawn by the present applicant.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that next of the application filed before the Sessions Court is rejected and the applicant is behind the bars since last one year.

The filing of subsequent application of the applicant before the Sessions Court and rejection thereof is hardly any change in circumstances. However, finding that the present applicant is behind the bars since last one year, the present application is disposed
