On 20th April, 2023, order allowing to bring the legal heirs of deceased respondent No. 6 on record is inadvertently passed in Civil Application no. 5042/2023. The same be recalled. 2.

This is an application for bringing legal heirs of deceased respondent No. 6 on record. Deceased died on 1st April, 2022. Copy of death certifcate fled along with the application supports the said contention.
