Learned counsel for the respondent submits that this petition is against the rejection of the application filed by the petitioner seeking transfer of the pending matter from one court to another court. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the Judge before whom the matter was pending has now been transferred and even the matter proceeded further before the Court presided over by the other Judge. In view of this, the Petition has become infructuous.

In view of the above submissions and since steps are not taken as against respondent no. 2 for long, considering the entire aspect of the case, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. ( V. K. JADHAV, J.) vre/
