Civil Application Nos.6628 of 2025, 6630 of 2025 and 6632 of 2025 are for condonation of delay of 787 days in preferring appeals against judgment and award passed by the Reference Court. Considering the rival submissions of the parties and the averments of the applications, it is desirable to condone the delay on certain conditions.

Applications are allowed by condoning the delay caused in preferring appeals on condition that applicants shall deposit the amount under award with accrued interest within a period of twelve (12) weeks.

Learned counsel Mr. Nandgawale waives service of notice for respondents/claimants.

Appellants are directed to deposit entire amount with accrued interest within a period of twelve (12) weeks from today. On depositing the amount, respondents/claimants shall be permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial). There shall be stay to the execution and operation of the judgment and award passed by the Reference Court on condition that applicants to deposit entire amount under

award with accrued interest within a period of twelve (12) weeks from today.
