Heard the learned AGP.

The Applicant / State prays for condonation of delay of 3108 and 1987 days caused in filing the First Appeal (stamp) Nos.13734/2013 and 10208/2013, respectively, against the judgments and awards passed by the Reference Courts.

Upon hearing the learned AGP, as also on going through the civil applications, I do not find satisfactory reasons to condone the delay of more than 08 and 05 years, respectively.

I have examined the impugned judgments and awards cursorily and found that the compensation awarded by the Reference Courts, cannot be said to be exorbitant.

*2* 971.ca.6867.13 For all the above reasons, all the Civil Applications for condonation of delay as well as for stay, are rejected. Consequently, the First Appeals shall be refused registration. Refund the court fees as per Rules.
