Today, the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor produced on record the communication of the Investigating Officer showing that 'A' summary report came to be filed in the Court from Beed. Present proceeding is filed for the relief of quashing of the F.I.R. In view of

If 'A' summary report is not accepted by the learned Judicial Magistrate F.C., it is open to the applicant to come to this Court again. Two copies of the communication are to be produced.
