Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

By way of present writ petition, the petitioners are challenging rejection of his application, objecting the two members to be included in the voters list. The said application is rejected to that extent only and other objections of the petitioners are accepted. 3.

Since the elections are going on, it could not be proper for this Court to intervene in the ongoing election process and the petitioners would be at liberty to raise all such grievances at the time of filing of change report, if need arises. I have not expressed anything about the contentions raised in this matter.
