The Applicant prays for setting aside of the order of the Registrar dated 15.07.2013 by which the Writ Petition was refused registration on account of non removal of office objections. The Civil Application is filed in time. The reasons in support of the prayers are set out in the application. Mr.Barde appears on behalf of the sole Respondent and opposes the application.

In the light of the above and for the reasons set out in the

*2* 914.ca.13106.13 Civil Application, the same is allowed. Since the same is filed in time, the costs are not imposed. As such, the order of the Registrar dated 15.07.2013 is set aside. The Applicant/ Petitioner shall remove all office objections within a period of THREE WEEKS from today, pursuant to which the Writ Petition shall be registered.

In the event of non compliance of this order, the same shall stand recalled, the Civil Application then shall stand dismissed and thereafter, the order of the Registrar shall stand restored. (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.)
