Learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for respondent no. 1. Mr. Pulkundwar, learned counsel accepts notice for respondent nos. 2 to 4 and submits that the petitioner had not joined at the transferred place.

We are not going into the merits of the matter. 4.

In case the representation is filed by the petitioner (Annexure - I, Page 113) and the same is pending with respondent no. 2, then respondent no. 2 shall take decision upon it on its own merits, in accordance with law, policy and preferably within four (4) months.
