The applicant submits that the result of the Writ Petition filed by the management would affect the applicant, who is an employee appointed prior to the termination of the original appellant - Dilip Raosaheb Kachole. He, however, fears that the result of this petition would impact his service. He, therefore, prays for intervention and addition as a respondent in the petition.

Shri Salgare, learned Advocate for the management as well as Shri Gastagar, learned Advocate for the original appellant submit that they have no objection if the services of the applicant are made subject to the Writ Petition.
