Heard the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties.

By this Civil Application, the applicant/ petitioner undertakes to remove all office objections in the writ petition and prays for restoration of the writ petition, which has been disposed off vide conditional order dated 01.04.2022. This application is filed within time.

In view of the above, the Civil Application is

*2* 922ca8340o22 allowed with the following directions :- (a) All office objections in the Writ Petition shall be removed on or before 28.06.2022.

(b) Subject to compliance of the above, the order disposing off the writ petition dated 01.04.2022 shall stand recalled and the writ petition thereafter shall stand restored at the stage at which it was disposed off.
