1] Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

2] The applicants are apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.0107/2024, registered with MIDC Waluj Police Station, District Aurangabad, for the offence punishable under Section 306 r/w. 34 of the IPC. 3] Initially, the FIR is registered by the Police Officer on 08.02.2024 and not by the dependents of the deceased. During the course of investigation, the police found a suicide note in which the deceased stated the names of his wife, mother in law, brother and sisters of the

his wife and they are responsible for the death. However, there are no reasons mentioned in the suicide note as to why and how they have instigated the deceased to commit suicide. In absence of any material showing instigation at the instance of the applicants, the applicants are granted anticipatory bail in the following terms :

i] In the event the applicants are arrested in connection with Crime No.0107/2024, registered with MIDC Waluj Police Station, District Aurangabad, for the offence punishable under Section 306 r/w. 34 of the IPC, they shall be released on bail on furnishing PR bond of Rs.20,000/- each, with one or two sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court.

ii] The applicants shall attend the concerned police station on 04.05.2025 between 10.30 a.m. and 1.30 p.m. and thereafter as and when required by the investigating officer.

iii] The applicants shall not tamper with the evidence of the prosecution in any manner. They shall not influence the informant, witnesses and other persons concerned with the case.

iv] The applicants shall co-operate with the investigation and also in the proceedings before the trial Court.

4] In the event, the applicants violate any of the conditions specified in this order, it shall be liable to be cancelled.

5] It is also clarified that the observations made in this order are limited to the disposal of the present anticipatory bail application and the trial Court shall proceed further in the matter without being influenced by the observations made hereinabove.

6] The application stands disposed of.
