Shri Latange, learned Advocate appears on behalf of the L.Rs. of the sole respondent. He submits that some of the names of the L.Rs. are wrongly mentioned. He submits that the Civil Application could be allowed with correction of names.

As such, this Civil Application is allowed. The learned Advocate for the petitioners shall correct the names of the L.Rs. in consultation with Shri Latange and bring the L.Rs. on record within two weeks from today. Shri Latange causes an appearance in the Writ Petition on their behalf.
