Learned counsel for the appellant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this appeal with liberty to the appellant to file an application for regular bail before the Special Court after receipt of C.A. report pertaining to the blood stained jacket of the appellant allegedly seized during the course of investigation and forwarded to the C.A. for analysis.
