We have considered the grievance of the petitioner. His land at Parbhani has been allegedly sold off by an impostor to persons at Parbhani. The false sale documents are prepared at Nanded. The petitioner is residing at Aurangabad.

..3.. CrWP.636.2019 In view of the above, the petitioner would lodge a complaint before the concerned Police Station either at Parbhani or at Nanded. The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner would lodge a complaint before the competent Police Station at Parbhani considering that the land at issue is at Parbhani.

In view of the above, both these petitions are disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to lodge his complaint before the Police Station having jurisdiction, at Parbhani. The time spent by the petitioner in lodging his complaints earlier on 04-12-2018 and 27-02-2019 at Aurangabad, till disposal of these petitions, would be considered as an explanation for the delay in filing a complaint at Parbhani.
