Read the communication. It appears that extension of time of three months for disposal of the Sessions Case is sought by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Aurangabad. 2.

Letter of extension of time of three months is received for the second time from the learned Judge. It further appears that the prosecution has examined 16 witnesses and at present the cross examination of the prosecution witness No.17 is in progress. Thus, considering the entire aspect, extension of three months time as sought by the learned Judge is granted. Inform the learned District Judge, accordingly.
