Pursuant to order dated 18-09-2020, learned APP has filed affidavit of Investigating Officer and objected the application on the ground that earlier bail application filed by the applicant seeking anticipatory bail was rejected by this court on merit vide order dated 07-01-2020 [Coram: R. G. Avachat, J.] in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1542 of 2019.

When the court expressed its view that in view of speaking order dated 07-01-2020 passed in the matter rejected the earlier application and there is no change in circumstances to entertain the application, the learned counsel on instructions urged to allow the applicant to withdraw the application.
