Considering the fact that the present applicant is challenging the order of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-1, Nanded, convicting him for the offence punishable under section 366, 376 (2) of the Indian Penal Code and under section 3 r/w. 4 of the Protection
2 Cr. Appln. 2409/2015 of Children from Sexual Offences Act, and has submitted in the present application that as he is an agriculturist and poor, could not arrange for filing of the appeal, the delay is hereby condoned.
