After hearing for a considerable time, learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, submits that the applicant wishes to withdraw the present application. He further submits that the private paperbook would be filed within a period of eight weeks and upon supply of private paper-book, the appeal be fixed for final hearing.

Accordingly, the application is allowed to be withdrawn. If the private paper-book is filed within a period of eight weeks from today, the appeal may be circulated for final hearing. In case the private paper book is not supplied within a period of eight weeks, the office to take necessary steps for preparation of the

criapln2410-2015 paper-book as per the usual procedure and thereafter, place the appeal for final hearing.
