Applicant seeks to condone the delay of 184 days caused in filing the appeal.

Perused the reasons as stated in the application, the delay is occasioned on account of administrative exigency. Hence, sufficient cause is made out to condone the delay. In result, following order is passed:

Heard learned Advocate appearing for the applicant. He submits that the entire amount as per the award passed has been deposited with the Registry of this Court. His statement is supported by office endorsement.
