The applicant seeks to condone the delay of 48 days caused in filing the appeal.

The reasons as stated in the application depicts administrative difficulties in filing the appeal. Averments in the application are not controverted. Hence, the application is allowed. Delay of 48 days caused in filing the appeal is condoned. CA stands disposed off. Appeal be registered subject to removal of the office objections, if any.

Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel appearing for the applicant invites attention of this court to the order dated 3.7.2024 passed in CA No.6286 of 2024 (for stay). He submits that the order depicts that only notice was issued. There was no reflection in the order granting stay to the execution and consequential directions to deposit the entire amount. However, original order dated 3.7.2024 available on record shows that stay to the execution and operation of the impugned judgment and award is granted on condition of depositing entire amount as per the award within a period of eight weeks. In that view of the matter, time to deposit awarded amount is extended by four weeks from today. The applicant to deposit the amount.
