The applicants have filed this application seeking restoration of the Petition and condonation of delay.

Heard learned counsel appearing for the applicants. Perused the impugned order.

Registration was refused on account of failure to remove the office objection. Learned counsel appearing for the applicants submits that the objections remained to be removed inadvertently. In case, the Petition is not restored the serious prejudice will be caused to the applicants. He further undertakes to remove the office objections within four weeks from today.

Considering the cause shown in the application and the statement made across the Bar, the application is allowed subject to cost of Rs.1000/- to be deposited in this Court and on removal of office objection within four weeks from today.

On deposit of the cost, the same shall be transferred to the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Aurangabad.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
