1] The applicant / appellant has moved this application seeking extension of time to deposit the amount for the reasons set out in detail in the application. The learned counsel submits that time to deposit the amount expired in the month of February, 2020. In view of the situation prevailing on account of pandemic declared, the amount could not be deposited within time. Now the demand draft has been issued towards deposit of the amount and the amount shall be deposited within two weeks.

2] Considering the submissions advanced, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses [B] and [C]. In case the amount is deposited within two weeks, the Registry to accept the same. The application be marked as disposed of in above terms. (V.L. ACHLIYA, J.) ndk/c78208.doc
