Mr. V. S. Bedre learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits on instructions that the dispute in between the Petitioner and the second Respondent has been resolved. RTC No.190 of 2006 has been disposed of by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Ahmednagar by order dated 18.08.2009 and the Petitioner has been discharged of the offence punishable under Sections 384 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code. He, therefore, submits that this petition is rendered atu/June.2016
Cri.WP.No.445.06.odt infructuous and can be disposed of in the light of the order dated 18.08.2009.
