The petitioner's land was acquired for a percolation tank. Though award was passed, they were not intimated and it is during pendency of the petition. in the affidavit in reply. that the Special Land Acquisiton Officer has mentioned about respondent no. 3 - acquiring body having deposited some amount in his office on 28-11-2022. 3.
