Registration of Writ Petition(St.) No.8954 of 2024 was refused by the learned Registrar (Judicial) vide order dated 19.08.2024 on the ground that the petitioner has not removed the office objections. 2.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner states that all office objections will be positively removed before 21.08.2025. 3.

In view of the above statement as also having regard to the contents of the application delay of 195 days in filing Civil Application challenging order dated 19.08.2024 is condoned and the Civil Application is allowed.

Order dated 19.08.2024 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) is quashed and set aside on the condition that all the office objections will be removed before 21.08.2025.
