The petitioners have tendered representations to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Beed. Their contention is that Respondent No.4 -Sub Divisional Officer, Patoda has to decide the representations. However, he has not been addressed with any representations. The learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that detailed representations would be tendered to Respondent No.4 within 15 days.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with a direction to Respondent No.4 that he will decide the representations tendered by the petitioners, individually or jointly. If any measurement is to be carried out, the cost of such measurement shall be paid in equal

20wp6795-23 proportion, one share by the petitioners and an equal share by Respondent No.2 MSRDC.

Let this exercise of joint measurement be completed within 30 days from the date of the payment of fees.
