Several disputed issues, including the aspect of how much was the quantity of the seeds purchased by the Petitioners, whether the seeds were of inferior quality or below standard quality and whether the raw seed was rejected by the National Seeds Corporation Limited, need to be looked into through the oral and documentary evidence.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioners would avail of the statutory remedy, if permissible in law. 3.

In view of the above, both the Writ Petitions are disposed off.

In the event of an issue of limitation, the time spent by the Petitioners in this Court from 20.04.2024, till the passing of this order, would be considered as a good ground.
