This Petition seeks direction to the Respondent Authorities to give effect to the order dated 15th February, 1985 passed by the Officer on Special Duty, Appeal and Revision, Revenue and Forest Department, Government of Maharashtra, in Revenue Revision No. CON-3983/580/3138/L-I, to correct the area as per original consolidation Scheme, in respect of Gut No. 234 of village Wadikalya, Taluka - Ambad, District - Jalna. 2.

Indisputably, by the order dated 15th February, 1985, status quo ante was restored, in the Revision filed by the Petitioner.

After hearing the parties, we deem it appropriate to allow the Petition, by directing the Respondents to correct the area, as per the original consolidation scheme, in respect of Gut No. 234, of village Wadikalya, Taluka - Ambad, District - Jalna, pursuant to order dated 15th February, 1985 passed by the Officer on Special Duty, if there is no other legal impediment. 4.

Correction be carried out within 8 weeks from today. 5.

Writ Petition is allowed accordingly.
