The proposal is submitted seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner on compassionate ground. It is submitted that, the Education Officer had sought guidance from the Deputy Director of Education, who in turn referred it to the Director of Education. However, said proposal is not yet decided. 2.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 4.

In case proposal (Exhibit - C) is pending with the Education Officer, then the Education Officer shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously
